Umm,

Normally when i wanna lose some weight, i always get up 1 hr earlier in the morning and go to bed 1 hr later in the everning.

Then I work 2 times more than normal and it really helps!!!

So my advice is getting up eariler and working real hard.

U will lose some weight for sure plus u will make more progress and get nice feedback form ur boss.

U will have nicer body and ur boss will love u.
