I used bank wire from Bangkok Bank and SCB, same fees applied. Thai bank charges $20 fee for transferring money, the bank on the other end charges another $20. I think the best way (for buyer) is Paypal. It won't charge you to send money. The seller's responsible for all charges. Besides, it protects the buyer to certain extent. You should look into it.
