CLIENT MANAGER

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsible to meet sales targets by identifying and developing new client accounts in key market segments and to maximize sales value from existing accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and win new competitive accounts in identified segment markets
- Identify opportunities and implement coverage models that will generate business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for this segment markets
- Develop and maintain an account plans approved by supervisor and teams.
- Conduct sales presentation, prepares sales proposals and negotiates with customers’ key executives to win significant sales orders
- Coordinate with marketing to identify marketing plans and strategies
- Maintain good business relationship with key client decision-makers
- Collaborate with customer services to resolve customer dissatisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in IT sales and Marketing experience
- Highly effective communicator with good business presentation skills
- Strong achievement oriented and results driven individual
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
