I just gave birth 9 months. The first 6 months, I din't control at all because I did breastfeed to my baby. After that I started controlling by eating meat and some of veggies only. Actually, I don't like vegetables. But I can eat Sukiyaki (Cook veggie, no salad for me). You have to choose what kind of meat you are gonna eat because they will increase your cholesterol level if you eat too much meat. The best kind of meat is fish. For example, Maccarel (SABA). Eat the steam one, avoid oily and fried food. Take your baby out for a walk or go shopping, window shopping is fine. Then you will not have time to eat. If your kid is already big, when you give him or her a snack, don't eat with him/her, do something else if you can't, eat fruit. Apple is the best. Avoid banana na ka. Now I have only 1 kg. left. It's very hard to loose weight. I forgot to say that this is my second baby. It's even harder than the first one. It takes time to loose weight. Don't rush! My first one I started loosing after 9 months because I started swimming. Finally, I lost all weight that I gained. I hope this helps na ka.
