Be careful what you eat, be active, enough sleep, drink lots of water and positive thinking ka
Fruit is healthy ka but lots of sugar, so how about veggies a ka
Plain fresh veggies(carrot, celery stick, cucumber, and so on) without dressing is such a good snack for those who want to lose weight ka since is more fiber and less sugar.
Eat more small meals through out a day ka (about 5 meals) and do not keep yourself hungry ka, more fiber and less sugar and fat.
You have to have strong determination to do it right ka, and it's important to find your motivation na ka, for example a new cloth that 1 size smaller something like that a ka.
