ในฐานะ คนขาย ถ้าเป็นเรา เลือกแบบที่ 1 คะ

แต่ถ้าในฐานะ คนซื้อ เลือกแบบที่ 2

ความเห็นส่วนตัวคือ ยอมจ่ายมากหน่อย แต่ไม่อยากรับผิดชอบเรื่องภาษีคะ ปวดหัววววววววววว

if I'm in US (and UK sometimes), I would go for the second choice. All inclusive is the best. U always get charged by the custom. Even my friend's uni sent him just a diploma in frame, no commercial value. The custom charged him 300 bahts sth...around 40% of the shipping fee. Idiot sud sud.

But as I'm in Europe, I would go for the first choice na...cos i rarely (actually never) get charged by the custom ah.
