ACCOUNT MANAGER – INSIDE SALES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with key accounts to identify IT needs and offers business and technical solutions to their current concerns
- Maintains a close working relations and regular telemarketing with key account decision makers
- Identifies and plans telemarketing sales calls to new clients.
- To qualify & identify opportunities and follow-up on potential deals
- Monitors competitive products and services and sales and marketing activities
- Coordinates and liaises with other Datacraft technical departments and business development on new technical solutions and offerings
- Prepares business contracts and other marketing sales documents for superior’s approval
- Update oneself on developments in IT industry, telemarketing and sales/marketing areas.
- Reviews telemarketing performance on a regular basis and take corrective actions as required
REQUIREMENTS
- One year contract
- Degree in IT/Engineering or Business
- Minimum 2 - 3 years in the similar sales and marketing position in the IT industry
- Good oral and written communications skills with good presentation skills
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- High achievement drive, with analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong team player, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CLIENT MANAGER
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsible to meet sales targets by identifying and developing new client accounts in key market segments and to maximize sales value from existing accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and win new competitive accounts in identified segment markets
- Identify opportunities and implement coverage models that will generate business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for this segment markets
- Develop and maintain an account plans approved by supervisor and teams.
- Conduct sales presentation, prepares sales proposals and negotiates with customers’ key executives to win significant sales orders
- Coordinate with marketing to identify marketing plans and strategies
- Maintain good business relationship with key client decision-makers
- Collaborate with customer services to resolve customer dissatisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in IT sales and Marketing experience
- Highly effective communicator with good business presentation skills
- Strong achievement oriented and results driven individual
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
